Samreen is an Associate Director with Sensei UKE. Prior to this, she was a core member of the leadership team of QFI Consulting, a consultancy with a strong reputation for helping clients to deliver rapid and sustainable breakthroughs in business performance.
Over the last fifteen years, Samreen has helped organisations across industries globally to achieve unprecedented improvements. Launching her consulting career at Ashridge Consulting, Samreen specialised in advising senior executives leading strategic and organization-wide change programmes and growing leadership cadres through executive coaching. In recent years, she fine-tuned her application of tested methodologies to deliver significant and lasting results for clients. The core of her approach is a backbone in the Theory of Constraints and complementary behavioural approaches, stimulating clients to think, act and perform differently.
Samreen is described as maintaining a professional's focus on task with openness and flexibility. She is recognised as a leader with a keen sensitivity for the people with whom she works including personal needs and passions. With her combination of rigour and empathy, Samreen brings an ambitious, realistic and enduring dimension to addressing any challenge, be it organisation-wide, more local or individual.
Samreen is half Venezuelan and half Indian, bilingual in English and Spanish and has studied and worked on three continents.
