Karen is Sensei UKE’s Business Development Manager, responsible for communicating the benefits of Sensei’s range of leadership and human performance solutions to organisations throughout the UK and Europe.

Karen is a business professional with over 25 years’ experience in SMEs and blue chip
companies. Working in the UK and the USA, Karen has worked in a number of sectors, including private equity, digital publishing and healthcare.

As Vice President of Operations for a digital publishing house, Karen helped to take the business from start-up to flotation on the UK stock market, and she then took the brand to New York, introducing what was a very new concept to a very sceptical market. Having successfully set up the business in the USA, Karen then returned to the UK and spent 6 years working in the private equity sector.

Karen takes a very professional approach in all that she does and is particularly skilled in dealing with people of all levels in all sectors. She is an excellent communicator, and her enthusiastic personality and ‘can do’ approach enable her to build rapport, both with clients and within the Sensei team.
