Birgit is Sensei UKE’s Business Development Manager, responsible for communicating the benefits of Sensei’s range of leadership and human performance solutions to organisations throughout the UK and Europe.

A German national who has lived in the UK since 1996, she brings 17 years’ experience as a sales and marketing professional, including senior account management and business development roles in a number of UK and European organisations. Birgit also founded, built and eventually sold her own specialist training company in the financial services sector, which led to the opportunity to become a frequent EU conference speaker.

A natural communicator with a strong ability to build relationships, Birgit is both enthusiastic and creative in her approach, yet pragmatic and realistic. Customer service is of paramount importance to her and it is always her aim to bring genuine business benefits to her clients.
